What you get
Vendor trips you could avoid
Work orders a resident could likely have fixed in minutes with guidance, like a GFCI outlet, a jammed disposal or a thermostat setting, times what a trip costs you. You set that cost.
Emergencies and after hours
How many requests were real emergencies, and how many came in at night or on a weekend, when someone has to answer.
Your slowest jobs
Time to complete from your own dates, the jobs that took longest, and where the vendor money went.
Your data
- Your file is read in your browser. It is never uploaded.
- Before anything leaves your device, we remove resident names, emails and phone numbers, and we skip units and addresses. You see exactly what is sent before you run it.
- Only the work order text, category, priority, status, dates, vendor and amount are sent. Our AI service reads them to make the report and does not train on your data.
- We keep the finished report for 30 days so your link works, then delete it. The work orders themselves are not stored.
How to export your work orders
In your property management software, open the work order list or report, choose last month, and export it to Excel or CSV. Most systems have an Export or Download button on that page. Any columns are fine: we find the description, dates, status, vendor and amount, and you can check them before anything is sent.
Can't find the export? Book 30 minutes and we will find it together.
