Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the company or person using FixRoute) and Infinite Library SAS, 154 rue Maurice Arnoux, 92120 Montrouge, France, RCS Nanterre 995 219 276, VAT FR71995219276 ("we"). By creating an account or using FixRoute you accept them. If you use FixRoute for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

1. The service

FixRoute helps property management companies handle maintenance requests: an AI assistant talks with residents, suggests safe troubleshooting steps, requests bids from vendors you choose, routes approvals to you or to property owners, checks invoices, and keeps records. FixRoute is software. We are not a contractor, a property manager, an insurer or a home warranty company, and we do not perform or guarantee repairs.

2. Your account

• Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
• You must have the right to give us the data you put into FixRoute, including resident, vendor and owner contact details, and the consents needed to message them.
• You decide which vendors are preferred, your approval limits, and whether emergencies may be dispatched automatically.

3. AI and safety

AI can make mistakes. FixRoute's troubleshooting is limited to simple, low-risk steps and its assessments (diagnoses, cost ranges, responsibility and warranty hints) are suggestions, not professional, legal or insurance advice. You remain responsible for your decisions, your contracts with vendors and owners, and your obligations to residents. FixRoute is not an emergency service: residents in danger must call 911 or local emergency services.

4. Free trial, plans and payment

• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial without a payment card. When it ends, the AI desk pauses until you choose a plan.
• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor, and renew automatically until canceled. Prices exclude taxes where taxes apply.
• You can cancel any time in billing settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if FixRoute is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that first payment in full. After that, and except where the law says otherwise, payments are not refundable.
• Plans are sized by doors under management. If you grow beyond your plan, we may ask you to move to the right plan.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Text messaging program

FixRoute sends text messages about maintenance requests: replies to residents who contact a FixRoute number, bid requests and job updates to vendors, and approval requests to managers and owners. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to use messaging only for these service messages and in line with applicable laws, including the TCPA, and carrier rules.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use FixRoute to send marketing or unlawful content, to harass anyone, to break the law, to probe or overload our systems, or to resell the service without our written permission.

7. Your data

You own your data. You let us host and process it to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy. For personal data you control, we act as your processor and follow your instructions; our data processing terms are available on request. You can export work orders at any time and delete your workspace in the app.

8. Third-party services

Connections to other software (for example a property management system) use your credentials and are subject to that provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep FixRoute available around the clock but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a core feature you pay for without notice.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, FixRoute is provided "as is", and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending the agreement

You may stop using FixRoute and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or do not pay, with notice where reasonable.

12. Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
