Text messages from FixRoute

FixRoute is maintenance software for property management companies, made by Infinite Library SAS. Every text sent through FixRoute is about a repair. We never send marketing texts.

Who gets texts, and why

• Property managers who use FixRoute get alerts from the FixRoute number: emergencies, repair approval requests (reply YES to approve the suggested vendor) and job updates. They turn these on themselves in FixRoute, under Settings, Your alerts, by entering their mobile number and ticking the text consent box shown below.
• Residents who text their property management company's maintenance number get replies about their request: questions about the problem, safety steps, and visit updates. The resident always starts the conversation.
• Vendors get bid requests and job updates from the property management companies they work with.
• Property owners get repair approval requests from their property manager.

How a manager turns texts on

The consent box in FixRoute settings. Texts start only after the manager ticks it and saves; FixRoute records the number and the time.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies with your repairs. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop or get help at any time

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that number. Reply START to receive them again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@infinitelibrary.ai.

Your mobile number stays private

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the provider that delivers the messages. Read our privacy policy and terms.

• FixRoute: 3 bids are in for FR-1042, AC blowing warm air at 512 Pecan Hollow Ct. Best: Cool Breeze HVAC, $410, today 4:00 PM. Reply YES to approve.
• Lone Star Property Group: thanks, we got your request about the AC blowing warm air. A technician from Cool Breeze HVAC is booked for Tue 2-4 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Lone Star Property Group: bid request. AC not cooling at 512 Pecan Hollow Ct. Reply with your price and times. Reply STOP to opt out.
