How the Buildium connection works
In Buildium, create API keys with access to rentals, vendors, tasks, work orders and bills, then paste them in FixRoute's settings. FixRoute tests the connection, imports your properties and vendors, and links them. The connection is in beta: we set it up with you during your trial.
What changes for your team
Instead of logging calls and chasing vendors, your team sees tickets that already have photos, a diagnosis, the rulebook checks and three bids. Approve in one tap from your computer or your phone, and the work order is in Buildium before the vendor arrives.
Owners stay in the loop
Set the approval limit from each management agreement. Repairs above it go to the owner as a one-tap link with photos and bids. Owners can reply YES by text. Everything is logged on the ticket.

Which Buildium plans work?
Buildium API access depends on your Buildium plan. If your plan includes API keys, FixRoute can connect. Otherwise you can still use FixRoute and export work orders and bills as CSV.
Is FixRoute affiliated with Buildium?
No. FixRoute is an independent product that uses Buildium's open API with your keys.
Can I try it without connecting Buildium?
